Return Policy II

We know that returns can be difficult and complicated, that's why we've done our best to make this process easier for you.

Of course, you can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

1. Register return on your customer account - log in to your account and click the RETURN GOODS module and follow the instructions on the page.
   
   IMPORTANT: If you don't remember your login details,  you can recover them by clicking "I forgot my login /password"
2. Complete and print RETURN FORM
3. Prepare the receipt that was attached to your order
4. Place the receipt and return form with the item you want to return in the box or shipping envelope
5. You can return the goods by sending them to the address below:

   Save your tracking number in order to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your parcel
6. Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of the package to our warehouse.
7. Please mark the parcel as a RETURN in a visible place

Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned in a stationary store or delivered personally. The client responsible for paying the return costs
